Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking a Coil Processor to join their team. As a Coil Processor, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Coil Processor

Location: Canonsburg, PA

Pay Range: $23.45/hr

What's the Job?

Clamp, bake, and nest coils into a completed phase package ensuring all specifications for sizing, building, and curing are properly maintained. Operate vapor phase equipment (Auto Clave) and perform coil treatment in or out of the oven between 90° to 140° centigrade temperature. Measure, cut, and adjust components to meet coil dimensions and specifications. Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area while filling out all related sizing and check sheets. Deliver completed units to the appropriate production area after necessary adjustments.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds occasionally. Familiarity with hand tools and measuring devices. Willingness to wear personal protective equipment as required.
