Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Cold Chain Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cold chain processes, particularly in air freight, and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of our cold chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

Conduct installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) for cold chain processes. Develop and implement validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Cold Chain Monitoring:

Monitor and evaluate cold chain indicators, including packaging integrity, live temperature monitoring, and excursions. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in cold chain operations.

Supply Chain Knowledge:

Utilize knowledge of supply chain processes, including pre carriage, main carriage, post carriage, transshipment, and warehousing conditions, to optimize cold chain logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cold chain practices within the overall supply chain strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold chain management, specifically in air freight shipment. Familiarity with cold chain indicators and monitoring techniques. Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
