Job Overview:

Prepares cold sandwiches, platters and salads for patient room service. Follows proper HACCP food handling policies and procedures on a daily basis

Prior food Service experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift Working 11:00am-7:30pm every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Days to work varyPart Time Day

Essential Functions:

Responsible that all necessary preparation is completed for the following day s menu for trayline and cafeteriaAll produce is washed and cleaned on a daily basisAll salad bar vegetables and ingredients are completed on a daily basisAll preparation for platters are completed according to the menu cycle
