Main Function Responsible for the total cold food production for patient and personnel food service using standardized recipes based on standardized portion sizes,
Responsible for the preparation, set-up, serving and picking up of all special functions, meetings, luncheons and dinners,
Qualifications
Required
Prior food preparation experience

11:00 am - 7:30 pm
Monday through Friday, every other weekend, and holidays
Full Time
Responsible for the preparation of all juices, puddings, gelatins and custards and for maintaining high standard of safety and sanitation,
- Prepares total cold food production for patient meal service using standardized recipes based on
standardized portion sizes,
- Prepares and assembles all platters according to diet and diagram,
- Prepares and assembles all desserts needed for the trayline,
- Prepares all small salads and small desserts for trayline,
- Responsible for the preparation of all salads, jellos, custards, and pudding needed for the
following day s meal,
