Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Cold Room Trainer located in Salt Lake City, UT.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Cold Room Trainer role involves responsible for a variety of operations and duties on the manufacturing floor. 

What a typical day looks like:

Receives assembled servers from production lines and stores them until they are ready to be tested.Initiates tests on servers and monitors their status by checking results for pass or fail every hour.  Identifies failed server tests as either a level 1 or level 2 failure.Performs minor corrections and retests for level 1 failures and delivers Level 2 failures to debug area.Installs and securely attaches passed servers into assembled racks.Notifies appropriate test/quality engineer when mass failures occur.Trains new hires on daily tasks.Ensures employees are up to date on TTS.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Ability to use and operate computers to achieve basic tasks.Ability to log in to and navigate Flex computer systems and access electronic work instructions.Ability to speak and understand English.Ability to write and maintain routine reports, records, and correspondences.
