**Description** Scale Operator + Remove the tag from the carcass + Scan the tag into the computer + Ensure all grades are properly imputed in the system, notify Management if any grade/ or age deviations are off railed before scale + Document all grade changes and times to Management the end of the shift Requirements: + Attention to detail + Computer skills + Ability to work in a fast paced and cold environment + Must have a great attendance and punctuality **EOE/M/F/V/Disabled**
