This role reports to the Cold Stores & Inventory Manager and is a crucial member of the Ballarat Cold Store Leadership team. This role would suit someone looking at taking the next step in their people leadership career, or someone looking to begin a career in leadership with a global leader in food manufacturing.

 

Leading a team of 24 forklift operators in conjunction with the Ballarat Cold Store Supervisor – AMPlanning, leading and reconciling weekly/monthly/annual stock takes and cycle counting
