Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and implementing effective business plans to capitalize on opportunities and achieve organizational performance goals. It involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, to support informed decision-making and monitor progress against strategic objectives. The role drives the strategy and value proposition of Collaboration Business within Channel Services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and delivering measurable outcomes.

Additionally, it leads and executes key projects to enhance Business Development Manager (BDM) effectiveness, ensuring initiatives are implemented successfully. By overseeing strategic processes that impact multiple business units, the role fosters alignment and collaboration across teams while ensuring cohesive strategy execution. Financial oversight is a critical aspect, as the role ensures optimal resource allocation and maintains financial discipline to support organizational priorities. This position demands a combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and project leadership to drive impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manages complex data and business analysis to develop business plans and make recommendationsWorks independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performanceDefines the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gapsManages complex, time-sensitive market research projects and synthesizes data and information to identify relevant trends and next stepsIdentifies, cultivates, and fosters new business opportunities and relationships to increase revenue and enhance profitabilityContributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendationsWorks closely with business leaders to develop business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reportsDevelops go-forward business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returnsIdentifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions

Recommended Education & Experience

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competenceTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience

Preferred Certifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
