Summary of This Role

Responsible for administering and coordinating collaboration solutions with cloud computing, productivity and collaboration tools, software and products. Plans, develops, documents, and implements enhancements to collaboration workspace and complementary systems. Provides support and consultation to remote locations or clients in order to identify requirements and configuration resources. Support Instant messaging and online meeting facilities. Provides support for mobility solutions, SaaS Management Platforms (SMP) and extended services. Provides support for all Messaging and collaboration issues working with peers to provide coaching and feedback.

What Part Will You Play?Learns and becomes more familiar with the administration of collaboration solutions and SaaS Management Platforms (SMP). Assists with more complex duties such as monitoring servers for proper routing of mail/messages, system access, storage requirements, security, and assistance with problem resolution.Documents planning and development, and assists with implementation of enhancements to collaboration solutions. Becomes progressively familiar with new and existing systems and storage requirements by participating in the review process and assisting with planning and implementation. Conducts testing of new features in collaboration solutions. Produces established project reports and other documentation throughout project lifecycles and quality assurance for respective projects. Provides technical support and develops more in-depth knowledge by assisting experienced peers with internal/external customer problems on messaging services (email, instant messaging, online meeting facilities, and mobility solutions).Escalates issues requiring more experience and in-depth knowledge.Assists with the deployment and support of other collaborative technologies.Supports more experienced peers duties as assigned.
