Then come in and join our global team as a Collaboration Manager in our Strategic Collaborations Group to support strategic partnerships to enable joint R&D, achieve proof of concepts for disease management, establish innovative clinical practices etc.
These partnerships help further the development of new Siemens Healthineers products/solutions and to build up the reputation of Siemens Healthineers as a research partner in the country. Collaborations at Siemens Healthineers are responsible for connecting external partners with internal stakeholders for research, development, and product lifecycle management. The role reports directly to the Country President Director.
Your tasks and responsibilities:You will support the design, implementation, and execution of research collaboration and novel technology projects together with external academic and clinical partners. You will work closely with global HQ units and drive collaboration projects by liaising with multiple stakeholders to convert R&D pipeline into collaboration projects. You understand project-specific requirements on a detailed level, for example regarding data requirements, clinical relevance, and quality checks (IQ) through direct interaction with clinicians, scientists, data engineers, developers, etc. You will work with existing collaborators (hospital/research center) to support the agreed collaboration projects and realize their objectives. You will work with collaboration partners to supply agreed deliverables from Siemens Healthineers. You will be responsible for identifying new partner leads for collaboration projects. You will support the contract and project lifecycle process for management of documents related to collaboration projects and agreements, including documentation of project milestones, deliverables, and outcomes. You will work closely with academic partners and international functional teams to drive research and close the loop to translate this knowledge into new products & concepts. You will adhere to Siemens’ collaboration policies and take ownership of the processes for collaboration management with partners in Indonesia, e.g. contract negotiation, data handling, and financial reporting of a research project. You will provide hands-on support to collaboration partners to ensure successful execution of collaboration projects including facilitating training sessions or workshops for both internal teams and collaboration partners on new technologies, align objectives and compile project updates, and new technologies relevant to the collaboration. You will ensure timely exchange of reports from both partners and Siemens Healthineers.

Your qualifications and experiences:You have a completed Bachelors/B.Tech or Masters/M.Tech or with one of the following specializations: Electrical and electronic engineering, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science & related disciplines. You have experience with medical image processing tools/algorithms & different imaging modalities. You understand how to use and apply computer programming.You have a keen interest in medical devices and in “pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone everywhere.
Your personality and skills: You can work independently and in a team with minimal supervision. You can multi-task and follow through. You have strong collaboration and communication skills with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You have the availability to travel when and as required (domestically) You have basic understanding and awareness of regulatory, legal, IP, and compliance requirements. You have good attention to detail: high level of accuracy in documentation, reporting, and data handling to maintain quality and regulatory compliance. You have cultural awareness and sensitivity: ability to work effectively across different culture and characters, with a respectful understanding of diverse perspectives. You have technical clinical literacy, familiar with collaboration tools, medical and clinical research terminology. Working Location: Indonesia, Jakarta
