Collaboration Partner Sales Leader

What You'll Do

This leadership role reports to the Americas Collaboration Partner Sales Organization. You will lead a team of Partner Business Development Specialists across the Americas region. The successful leader will build a high-achieving team and collaborate with the sales teams, regional channel teams, partner seller teams, and executive leadership at key partners to drive consistent growth and achieve sales goals. You will serve as the primary consultant to our strategic partners for sales strategies, sales execution, enablement, demand generation, and investments. 

Who You'll Work With

You will work in alignment with teams (Enterprise, Commercial, SLED and FED) and will support the Sales Directors in leading the field sales team. This is a strategic leadership role to accelerate Partner revenues working with 3 key business segments (Enterprise, Commercial, SLED and FED). Develop partner strategies and propose initiatives to increase Collaboration sales and awareness of Cisco Collaboration solutions focusing on partner growth, profitability, and dedication. Supporting other channel organizations to achieve Cisco goals: partner ecosystem, field marketing, product launch teams, enablement, Services, and Business Entities. Hire, develop, and retain quality contributors that bring a diverse perspective and background to the channel organization.

Minimum requirements for this role include:5+ years of technical sales/channel management experience with major partner accountsYou have Partner sales, business development, and/or marketing experience working with US reseller partners with respect to Cisco Collaboration Architecture.Strong financial background in developing ROI and TCO justificationsYou have excellent written communication and presentations skills as well as the ability to work closely across both sales and technology groups.Preferred Skills:You understand large business organizations, their business buying cycles and how to transform businesses through technologyExecutive presence with the ability to work at multiple levels within a partner.Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and up to 30% travel availability.
