You will join a team of highly motivated, laser-focused, and execution-driven Collaboration Solution Engineers. You will partner with the Collaboration Sales Specialists in the field, as well as the Account Manager/Systems Engineering teams for specific customers. You will have a tight ongoing interlock with the Collaboration BU and Global Collaboration Sales.

Your Impact
You will work on a team of Collaboration Solutions Engineers on the Commercial East Area team supporting US Commercial Select customers in North and South Florida. You will partner with a team of Collaboration Account Executives, as well as a matrix of Account Managers, Account Solutions Engineers, Partners, Systems Engineering Leaders, Regional Sales Managers, and Operational Directors for customers located in the state of Florida. You will assist and plan sales strategies, develop proposals, enable and support customer trials, and proof of concepts.Perform technical discovery, requirements gathering, and architectural and application solution design to show customers how Cisco technologies can automate and simplify complex business processes.Provide technical guidance and sales support on the Cisco Collaboration Portfolio. You will have expertise around Cisco’s entire Collaboration Portfolio with an emphasis on the Webex SaaS solutions.Partner with established Cisco Account Managers, other Systems Engineers, and Cisco collaboration partners to plan Sales Strategies, develop proposals, and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations to close business.Collaborate with other technical sales teams to design innovative architectural solutions that drive strategic objectives and help differentiate partner offerings.Minimum Qualifications:
You have at least 8 years of pre-sales /Systems Engineering experience. You have deep technical acumen and foundational knowledge of Unified Communications, Conferencing and Collaboration Devices and/or other cloud-based communication technologies in a presales capacity.You have a deep technical understanding of the Webex Suite and Cisco Collaboration portfolio - On-Prem and Cloud.Be willing to travel 25%- 50% of travel locally within Florida and occasional customer briefings and internal events out of state.Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the Cisco VoIP stack including but not limited to SIP, PRI, T1, H.323, MGCP, CUCM, CUC, Cisco Emergency Responder, UCCX, Finesse, Cisco Telepresence Video Technologies and Dial Plans.Webex Calling, Meetings, Messaging, and Devices Experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS solutionsCCNA, CCNP, CCIECisco Contact Center On-Prem and/or Cloud a plusExcellent communication and strategic planning skills, while being self-motivated with a focus on execution.
