The Collaboration Product Owner Advisor will drive the execution of our collaboration strategy across 3 pillars: communications, content, and work management. This job will create the Collaboration strategy forZebra employees by identifying user personas and their needs as collaborators, selecting and deploying tools, methods and processes for collaborating across the diverse user personas that make up the Zebra collaboration ecosphere, delivering highly reliable platforms and solutions that enable effective collaboration, and reimagining and evangelizing how to collaborate to deliver Zebra products and services in a rapidly changing marketplace
Responsibilities:Enabling collaboration technologies and processes from idea to operations.Engaging stakeholders, understanding business needs, and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value delivered.Providing vision for the Agile team(s) working on the backlog.Defining collaboration user personas by working style and identifying what capabilities are needed so the user can collaborate effectivelyDeveloping and championing communities of practice and collaboration knowledge sharing across business users and functionsDeploying collaboration tools to meet the requirements and expectations of the businessContinuously refresh and reimagine the Zebra collaboration strategy, roadmap and blueprint to envision the evolving needs of the business for delivering Enterprise Asset IntelligenceMeasuring the effectiveness of the collaboration strategy through Key Performance Indicators and metricsEstablishing relationships with key business and technology stakeholders. Deploying collaboration tools to meet the requirements and expectations of the business. Soliciting stakeholder feedback.Communicating the vision and prioritizing the backlog for the Agile implementation team. Make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions.
Qualifications:Preferred Education: Business, Engineering or computer science bachelor’s degreerequired or demonstrated commensurate experience. Advanced Degree is a plus Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum 8-12 years of successfully delivering innovativeand forward-thinking solutionsAt least 3 years’ experience working Agile methodologyDemonstrated experience in product managementdiscipline and working in Agile delivery teams.Seeking candidates with entrepreneurial spirit, creativethinking, and servant leadershipDemonstrated knowledge and experience in at least onemajor collaboration tool provider, such as Microsoft,Zoom, Slack, GoogleStrong project management, planning, andorganizational skills.Substantial track record of delivering technologysolutions to meet the strategic needs of businessoperations.Technical experience with defining and deliveringcollaborations strategies, architectures and operatingmodels.Demonstrated capability in categorizing end user typesand working styles and translating that into technicalrequirements for proven solutions.Knowledge of leading and implementing changemanagement and continuous learning programs with enduser communities.Experience with Product Management/Ownership;defining and maintaining product architecture blueprintsand roadmaps.Key Skills and Competencies: Comfortable with rapid pace and ambiguity.Energy and vision for pushing new ideas and change withinorganizationsStrong consensus building and conflict management skills.Ability to work independently and with a cross functional teamsand at all levels of the organization.Strong leadership skills and desire to take on additionalresponsibility in the future.Strong Communication and presentation skills.Experience with people management
