This job is posted as HYBRID, and requires up to 3 days a week from our Dearborn, MI office.

The Collaboration Telephony Manager is responsible for all of Ford telephony. This covers technology from softphones for corporate knowledge workers to analog lines used in fire safety systems in manufacturing facilities. The telephony manager will be responsible for transforming the existing legacy telephony infrastructure to a modern cloud based strategy.
