The DFC Collateral Analyst I will be responsible for working with the Collateral Management team to locate, process, and help systematically recover collateral from customers. This role will also utilize skip tracing tools and software provided by DFC to obtain and communicate the location of customers and the vehicles while working to collect and negotiate terms of repayment on delinquent accounts.
Responsibilities
Review and update DFC repossession log with accuracyAssign repossession vehicles to 3rd party recovery agents in a timely mannerUtilize high level skip-tracing practices to obtain customer and vehicle location informationConsistently update 3rd party vendors with most recent location data for assigned collateralNavigate and update 3rd part repossession assignment systemsMake outbound collection attempts by phone, mail, and e-mail to resolve delinquent accounts in an ethically responsible mannerMeet or exceed established call volume and account action requirementsProcess recovery cost analysis & KBB for recovered vehiclesOther duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications
