Role Definition + Determine and execute the steps necessary to properly perfect our security interest on all financed equipment in the U.S. and ensure all reporting is updated in a timely manner. Responsibilities + Demonstrated knowledge of collateral securitization importance, including Title 9. + Demonstrated ability to interpret various documentations from DMV and state offices. + Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, working effectively with others inside and outside of the company. + Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Skill Required + **Information Capture:** Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner. + **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. + **Collaborating:** Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner. + **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. + **Managing Multiple Priorities:** Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. + **Producing Results:** Understanding of the criticality of getting things done despite current circumstances and the ability to utilize assigned resources and leverage back-channel resources (individuals or teams) to achieve or exceed planned outcomes. Additional Information: + This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement. Summary Pay Range: $60,084.00 - $96,144.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
