Responsibilities Review and validate calculations in the Borrowing base for Structure Finance Clients Evaluate eligibility criteria’s and concentration limits based on loan servicing agreementsManage portfolio of clients for advances and paydowns activitiesPrepare and settle Monthly Distributions for interest, fees and third parties in accordance with Servicing reportsPerform review of custodian certifications confirming receivables pledged match with borrowing base reportProcess Client account transfers as defined by Deposit Account Control AgreementsManage and dispatch of notices for Syndicated lenders where EWB is lead agentMonitor timely receipt of Financial statements and report deliverablesPerform Financial Spreads as neededProcess external Audit ConfirmationsUpdate and prepare presentation deck for Quarterly Portfolio Meetings Investigate customer collection and lockbox inquiriesAssist in training new team members & provide back up coverage as neededPerform Ad-hoc Projects and research as needed Qualifications 1 – 3+ years of Collateral Analysis experience with preference in Structured Finance Industry or Asset back Lending (Commercial Lending)Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experienceStrong Excel and MS Office suite skills mandatory (Aptitude Assessment required)Excellent verbal and written skillsMust be able to work independently and within a team environment.Must be detailed oriented, quick study and proactive. Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $32.00/Hr. - USD $37.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
