Collateral Coordinator

As a Collateral Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for requesting and processing incoming collateral files received from the custodian. The collateral files may contain original notes, mortgages, title commitments, assignments, power of attorneys, and more. You’ll ensure the docs are accurate and delivered to the appropriate location.

Review and respond to emails in shared team inbox within required time frameReview daily payoff emails and take appropriate actionLog and request applicable documents from proper document custodians in the appropriate time frameReview and log collateral files received from third partiesEnsure documents are delivered to the appropriate party/locationProperly file and retrieve documents from safeIdentify, create and ship any applicable allongesReview corrected notes for accuracy and delivers to the custodianConsistently meet minimum production goal numbers while maintaining qualityEnsure outgoing packages are delivered and received by the third partyRun and send pipeline/production reports when neededMaintain and deepen relationships with supporting internal teamsPromote culture of excellence and have a positive influence on the teamPresent in group settings at the appropriate levelFilters noise, amplifies important information and presents information in an easy to digest formatLeverage available resources and display data to drive effective decisionsAssist with minimal client package tasks when needed, such as processing collateral, generating client letters and preparing packages

About You

High School Diploma/ GEDExperience in mortgage document processing/sorting and relevant toolsComfort with Microsoft Excel and other office tools for data analysis and communication
