Colleague Enablement Manager- Corporate Banking Part-time

To support the UKC Big Picture Ambition, these roles will support the delivery of the World Class Banker Pillar, ensuring colleagues have the right skills and knowledge to have meaningful conversations with clients and drive revenue. The successful candidates will own and manage the end-to-end embedding experience for colleagues for any programme that require colleagues to be aware of the changes for their clients e.g. Enhancements to systems and tools as well as Sales Training and the new Insights Programme. The team will work closely with the programme leads to ensure the most appropriate methods of delivery, communication and embedding is achieved. They will also collectively own the narrative for Sales Enablement to ensure that colleagues understand how every programme links together and how to make the most of the solutions to ensure client discussions are well prepared for.

Key Skills

Proven ability of embedding change with colleagues, winning hearts & minds and driving outcomes based deliverables.Proven ability in using a variety of techniques and styles to deliver content as well as communication to create an engaging approach for colleagues.Proven track record of designing and deliver client focused training to support the adoption of solutions that colleagues will use when explaining the benefits directly with clients, ensuring all relevant sign offs are achieved and any risks are mitigated.Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to facilitate discussion.Knowledge of the Corporate Banking organisation structure and broader BI context as well as the Corporate landscape.Exceptional analytical skills, rigorous and able to form sound judgements based on a wide spectrum of information sources.Knowledge of Salesforce and how it operates is desirable.

A ‘can-do’ and ‘will-do’ collaborative attitude.Experience of working autonomously and as part of a wider disparate team delivering in a very time-constrained, ambiguous and challenging environment.Some solid change experience across customer and colleague experience, ideally leadership in large scale transformation in high risk programmes.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communications skills, including experience in achieving deliverables through working with and influencing peers and senior management (D and MD level) in a major organisation.Strong proven organisational skills, numeracy and verbal reasoning skills.Operating in a dynamic complex multi-disciplined business environment where change is constant and demanding.Influencing and negotiation skills at a senior level.

Purpose of the role

To support coverage to grow income for both new and existing customers by providing marketing leading tools, a world class learning & development programme as well as analytical support in terms of sales management tools to contribute to the overall success of UKC. 

Accountabilities

Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing roadmap to provides market leading Tools for RDs and Coverage.Design, execution and embedding of an ongoing training plan to provide ‘World Class Learning’.Support the delivery of market leading client collateral to provide a competitive advantage to RDs.   .Collaboration with Product to develop market leading industry/segment focused products and multi product solutions and Develop and drive initiatives.Development of the data capability across UK Corporate to enable delivery of client insights to drive acquisitions and increase wallet share.Maximise the positive impact of UCRM and Salesforce as a tool for Corporate Banking.Implementation of agreed minimum standards and best practices across UK Corporate  and support this with sales management tools to drive overall success.
