Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the customer focused clinical programs of Colleague Health Services that promote the health and safety of all colleagues Responsibilities include but are not limited toProvides daily support for the daily operations of Colleague Health ServicesmiddotSupports the health promotion programs and illnessinjury prevention programs to prevent occupational injury and health problems Programs include universal vaccination respiratory protection tuberculosis surveillance blood borne pathogens hearing conservation and environmental safetymiddotCompletes appropriate documentation in electronic health records and other associated programs based on OSHA Standards CDC Guidelines and applicable federalstate guidance for healthcare workersmiddotResponsible for scheduling appointments and meetingsmiddotMaintains supply levels and replenishes as needed within budget and ensures the on time payment of invoicesmiddotSubmits reports on time that are accurate for regulatory reporting requirementsmiddotDevelops and maintains effective relationships Models a customer focused approach and effectively provides service recovery when neededmiddotLeverages continuous improvement tools to make recommendations to improve existing programs practices and proceduresmiddotParticipates in the development and implementation of new programs
