Duties and Responsibilities

Process collections, adjustments, and deductions Escalate balances to Managers, sales team or 3rd party collection agency according to guidelines Provide documentation requested by customers in order to assist in the collections process Make collection notes and provide status regarding collection activities Escalate business questions to Senior Credit Analysts and Managers Understand the A/R function, key policies, and standard operating procedures Build effective relationships with internal parties to develop solutions and resolve issues collectively Additional duties as assigned.
