We have\nan opportunity for a Collections Analyst.  As a Collections Analyst here at Honeywell, you\nwill play a crucial role in managing the collections process and optimizing\ncash flow for the company. You will be responsible for analyzing customer\npayment trends, developing strategies to reduce delinquency rates, and\nresolving customer disputes related to collections. Your expertise in\ncollections management and strong analytical skills will contribute to\nmaintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely collection of\noutstanding accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

Keep updated records of active LC’s in the customers’\naccounts on our ERPs Stay in constant contact with field operations teams and\nthe Corp Treasury team to expedite requirements to successfully establish LC’s Analyzing customer payment trends and developing action plans to address any\nissues Leading and managing the collections process to ensure timely and\naccurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable  Collaborating with\ncross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and escalations You Must HaveMinimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit, or\naccounts receivable management Bank Liaising for collections  Strong\nanalytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation\nskillsWe ValueBachelor’s\ndegree in finance, Accounting, or a related field Understanding tax\nimplications of a multinational company Demonstrated ability to deliver\ncomplex solutions without supervision Effective verbal and written\ncommunication skills • Proven track record of people management
