Assist with interfacing with branch management and branch A/R team members in resolving delinquent key accounts and large regional accounts. Monitor payment applications from EDI transmissions, as well as ACH submittals through Wells Fargo. Assist Credit Manager with ConBill audits and other tasks as needed. Work closely with Administrative Pricing Manager and related team members to assure the pricing database is up to date. Job Description Primary Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Reviews collection efforts with team members in Salt Lake on a regular basis and assists with periodic reporting of collection status and effectiveness to Credit Manager and Senior Management. Assures that team members are adhering to current collection policies and procedures. Audits delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectible to ensure maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to account. Reports AR conditions to warehouses, sales staff, and administration staff as required or requested. Works with branch personnel in establishing and updating customer credit activities and credit files. Works closely with the Alcohol and Gaming authorities for certain regulatory issues surrounding customers. Responsible for customer aging and interface with branch management, branch sales staff and corporate management. Other duties may be assigned by the Credit Manager.
