PRIMARY PURPOSE: To collect the maximum amount of overdue funds from higher volume accounts and to ensure discrepancies with customer accounts are resolved.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides customer service regarding collections issues.Processes customer refunds and credit memos.Monitors and maintain assigned accounts.Performs account adjustments, small balance write-offs, and customer reconciliations.Reconciles client discrepancies pertaining to outstanding balances.Communicates and serves as an interface with internal and external customers.Prepares weekly and monthly reporting and presents data to management.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.Supports the organization's quality program(s).QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in business from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience
Three (3) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Collections experience a plus.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ( 19.57 - 27.40 - 35.22 USD Hourly).
