Job Title: CMS - Collection Specialist

The ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions division offers a unique portfolio of innovative technologies to improve and save the lives of tens of thousands of cardiac patients worldwide.

LifeVest is the world's first wearable defibrillator and has protected more than 1 million patients at risk of sudden cardiac death.

The sought-after figure will be placed within the Cardiac Management Solutions division - Customer Care Dept - and will be responsible for debt collection and order collection versus companies operating in the Public Administration.

Specifically, the resource will be required to:

Monitor and request payments of overdue debtsUndertake actions to ensure timely paymentsMonitor the payments receipt and record collectionsMonitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)Arrange for any payments and refundsSupport customers with questions/problems about accounts payableBackup for active billingMonitor receipt of orders and sending remindersPerform all administrative tasks related to ensuring the office efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focusAt least 2 years of prior professional experience in accounts receivablePreferable experience in debt collection/orders to PAsGood knowledge of the English languageGood knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics)Familiarity with electronic invoicingAssertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented characterInterpersonal skills of negotiation and effective dispute management
