Job Summary:   Dallas Mechanical Group an EMCOR Company has an opening for a Collections Clerk at their Dallas, TX location. The Collections Clerk will be responsible for all service and maintenance collections for our Service Department.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all service and maintenance collections. Send out statements monthly. Follow-up via phone and email with customer on overdue accounts. Send certified letters to unresponsive customers. Add all unresponsive customers to the record keeping sheet. Communicate support needed to management group. Research invoices questioned by customers and respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner. Maintain up-to-date collections system. Monitor customer account detail for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts. Carry out collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Data Entry And other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Billing experience preferred. Commitment to quality and customer service to client and internal personnel Proficient in both written and verbal communication Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.

Salary Expectations: $20-25 Depending on Experience
