Collections Analyst (Bahasa ID Speaker)

Purpose of the role
 

Your objectives are to prepare, carry out, and monitor the automated and manual collection processes for Amadeus markets with Southeast Asia countries as the main focus. You will have to work closely and coordinate with the Billing Analysts within the team to ensure operational requirements are met. Apply new requirements, identify problems, analyze and solve them. You act as the liaison between the local customers and business partners, as well as other business units and the central team for OTC activities specific to Collections.

You will also assist in planning and executing process improvements and system integration and assess, help detect and provide solutions to complex collection issues as they occur.
 

In this role you’ll:

You independently perform operational OTC activities for Amadeus products and services.

You closely work together with other colleagues in a team on the support and execution of the OTC processes.

You are a business partner for our internal departments, our management, and customers, providing support and advice for all billing and collection-related topics.

You collaborate with other units in Amadeus and provide input on the evolution of OTC-related processes.

You are motivated to work on local and international projects, process improvements, and automation.


About the ideal candidate:

Background in Accounting & Finance or any degree related to Business Administration / Finance.

You have relevant experience in a similar position.

You have experience in Billing & Collection Processes, SAP SD Module, and are proficient in MS Office business applications. You have experience collaborating with various levels in the organization, have excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing, with excellent customer focus.

Experience working with a multinational company is a plus.

You have the ability to review and comprehend contractual terms, experience in problem-solving methodology, and have excellent customer focus and accountability.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, both internal and customer-facing.

You thrive in a multinational environment (working with offshore counterparts), being highly self-motivated and can work effectively within a team.

Proficient in MS Office business tools, SAP.

Open to work in a hybrid set-up.
