Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in collections, credit analysis, or a similar role. Fluency in German & English and familiarity with ERP systems. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. Negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
