Oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Manage client reminders and all invoice-related communications. Address and resolve any invoice-related issues as they arise. Collaborate with clients to maintain positive relationships and streamline payment processes. Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and account statuses. Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile account discrepancies.
