Nezda is looking for Collection Officer (Mandarin Speaker).

Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
✅ Must have B2 level English Language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension).
✅ Proficiency in Mandarin.
✅ Strong communication skills especially English.
✅ Preferably 1+ years of working experience in bank’s debt collection function.
✅ Knowledge in Singapore’s litigation / recovery process will be an added advantage.
✅ Team player who possesses strong interpersonal, effective negotiation and analytical skills.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.
✅ Minimum typing speed of 40WPM with a 90% accuracy score.
✅ Computer literate and fully conversant in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
