Key Responsibilities:
Make collection calls to vendors to follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Prepare and send professional emails to vendors regarding payment status.
Update and manage accounts in the company's database.
Generate and analyze reports using basic Excel skills.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive vendor relationships.
