Full-Time | 40 Hours per week Php 45,000 take-home pay per month HMO Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM Philippine time

About the Role:

As a Loan Officer/Collections Specialist, you will be an integral part of the client's customer management and collections team. We seek individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong financial acumen, and excel in customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Collections Management: Effectively manage collections and overdue payments through proactive and strategic customer communication. Utilize a firm yet respectful approach to minimize defaults while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Customer Relations: Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by providing support, guidance, and education on loan products. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through attentive account management.

Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, assess risk, and develop targeted collection strategies. Utilize analytical skills to optimize collection processes and improve overall efficiency.

Compliance: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies while conducting collections activities. Ensure all collections practices are ethical, legal, and in line with industry standards.

Reporting: Generate and maintain accurate reports on collections activities, delinquencies, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates to management on collection performance and trends.

Strong Financial Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of financial concepts, loan products, and collection practices.

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey information and negotiate payment arrangements with customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, financial services, or related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with financial software systems. Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
