A Collection Specialist participates in the review and assessment of delinquent, high-risk, or written-off accounts to identify potential collection opportunities.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Offers guidance on payment strategies and products that align with customers' financial goals.
• Contacts customers to gather the necessary information for managing their applications, ensuring they are informed about the status and outcomes of current and future payments.
• Develops and implements short-term plans to drive specific behaviors, activities, and outcomes.
• Manages customer-related transactions or refers them to the appropriate internal business units.
• With 3-5 years of relevant experience.
