Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team!

The Collections Specialist will have experience in the following:

Perform B2B collections via phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environmentResearch and resolve customer invoice discrepancies and short paymentsUpdate and maintain collection notes and inform management on escalations neededAssist in arranging payment plans for customers to bring accounts currentProvide exceptional customer servicePerform other AR tasks and duties assigned by managementKnowledge of Getpaid and AS400 is preferred F57295-JNG_1736438358 To Apply for this Job Click Here
