Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Santa Maria, California. In this role, you will be a part of the finance and accounting team, where you'll utilize your skills in Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. Responsibilities: • Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner • Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis • Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action when necessary • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services to handle accounts receivable tasks • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service • Use Accurint and CRM tools to manage collection processes and claim administration • Handle answering inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution • Perform various billing functions as required • Employ Epic Software to streamline and enhance collection processes • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the collections process.
