Kforce has a client that is seeking a Collections Specialist in Mansfield, MA. Day to Day Responsibilities: * Collections Specialist will put aging in front of customers * Issue weekly aging to each credit analyst, prioritize past due calls by high low * Under a certain amount they don't call, they just send out emails at the very least to start * 40-45 customers they need to call each week either for initial outreach or follow up * Little analytical work, mostly collections call for restaurants and smaller businesses * Collections $$ ranges $5K-$50K they are going after * Work off of weekly excel report, sort and filter data to access contact information, average days to pay for the customer, and make calls
