Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Rye, New Hampshire. As a Collections Specialist, you will be involved in various tasks related to handling outbound collection calls and payment processing in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This position is onsite only with no remote option available. Responsibilities: • Handle outbound collection calls in a detail oriented manner while keeping and improving customer relations. • Process payments and keep track of all transactions. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient work management. • Engage in both commercial and residential collections. • Implement collection processes and manage collections effectively. • Oversee credit collections and maintain a balance between commercial and residential collections. • Administer claims and carry out billing functions efficiently. • Navigate through Epic Software independently with minimal direction. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary • Must be adept at using CRM systems • Experience with Epic Software is needed • Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively • Should be capable of executing Billing Functions efficiently • Must have skills in Claim Administration • Should be knowledgeable about Collection Processes • Experience in Collections is essential • Must have experience in Collections - Commercial • Experience in Collections - Consumer is required • Collections management skills are necessary • Familiarity with Commercial Collections is needed • Credit - Collections experience is a must-have Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
