Description A valued client within the distribution industry in Vista is currently seeking a tenacious and experienced Collections Specialist. Your primary mission will be pursuing the collection of past-due accounts. Responsibilities: + Monitor accounts regularly for any irregularities or discrepancies. + Reach out to customers via phone, email or mail to discuss their overdue payments. + Assist in setting up payment plans. + Collect data and produce monthly reports on collection activities. Requirements + High school diploma; degree in finance or related field preferred. + Proven experience as a Collection Specialist, in the distribution industry. + Excellent knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques. + Competency in MS Office and databases.
