Collections Supervisor

Aston Carter's large client is seeking a Collections Supervisor to join their team! The Collections Supervisor will oversee the current collections team, and handle daily collections operations. This individual will be involved in strategy review and effectiveness, and will facilitate reporting and analytics for the collections function. This position will collaborate closely to develop strategies and processes that align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee the collections strategy, day-to-day operations, quality and workflow improvement.
+ Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor performance.
+ Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations & reporting.
+ Analyze data and seek opportunities to improve the qualitative and quantitative output of the team.
+ Track and Analyze KPIs relevant to the input and output of the team.
+ Provide insights into portfolio performance, trends, and areas requiring attention.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process workflows.
+ Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of team members.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
+ 5+ years of relevant Collections Experience
+ 5+ years with leading a team
+ Experience using a dialer
+ Strong MS Excel experience
+ Bachelors degree
Nice to Have:
+ Oracle Cloud experience
+ Salesforce experience
+ Stripe experience
+ Accounts Receivable experience
+ Tableau experience
+ Additional Accounts Receivable or Collections certifications

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $85000.00

This is a hybrid position in Burnaby,BC.
