Role Responsibilities
For this position, you will be making calls to customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
Perform different offline tasks that may involve interaction with different stakeholders and use of different systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Performs one or more of the following operational support Accounts Receivable: reviews/investigations, negotiation of receivable settlements, remittance tracking, database maintenance, documentation control, with the highest volume clients.
Analyze risk of collection cases and different scenarios, to mitigate losses.
Role Requirements
High school education required.
Minimum 2 years of collections and customer service experience.
Must be fluent advanced in English (B2+).
Desirable knowledge of French.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of Pivots, formulas, VLOOKUP and Macros)
Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, or services and requires ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Availability to work Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm, in a hybrid format of 3 days on-site at our offices and 2 home offices.
