Cato is seeking a full-time Collector for its private label credit card.  This position is responsible for making outbound calls to negotiate payments and resolve account delinquency. Review documents and monitor accounts with associated bankruptcy filings.  Utilize and follow guidelines in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, Fair Lending, Privacy, Bank Secrecy Act and other Cedar Hill National Bank (CHNB) policies and procedures including all regulations pertaining to the Cato Credit Card accounts. Qualified candidates should have previous collection experience and be customer oriented. Bilingual preferred. This position is dayshift, with an occasional evening and weekend shift required.
