Collector, Physician Accounts - Remote
**Job Summary** Receive inbound and make outbound calls from debtors to collect on physician/clinic self-pay patient account balances greater than $10 through automatic dialing campaigns. **Essential Functions** + Make outbound calls and take inbound calls by utilizing Autodialer and attempt to obtain balances from customers + Effectively analyze accounts in order to assist with questions using FACS and Athena + Effectively communicate with teammates and management + Handle all inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism + Research and conduct all notes and account work using FACS. **Qualifications** + H.S.
