College Intern - 3D Printing Manufacturing

What a College Intern - 3D Printing Manufacturing does at HP:

You will be attached to the Addictive Manufacturing Center of HP Singapore and working on projects on the following areas: 

3D printing manufacturing with MJF, step by step operations, operating metrics, maintenance, finishing of parts, quality control.

Design for 3D printing, technology capabilities and limitations, material properties, cost optimization techniques, design for quality and process control.

End to End 3D printing application development, from customer requirement to finished part:

Process Control.

Application enablement with finishing techniques.

Circularity and carbon footprint of 3D printing.

Quality control, ISO 9001.

3D printing cost.

SMART manufacturing, digitization & digitalization, RPA, automation.

You will be part of a creative, young, multidisciplinary team with high visibility within HP. You will also have external exposure to HP 3D printing customers and SMART manufacturing partners of HP Singapore like NAMIC, SMF, NTU-HP labs.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Materials, Manufacturing and Computer Engineering undergraduates are also considered.

Passionate about technology & learning.

Good team player and excellent communication skills.

Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship.
