College of Medicine Assistant Dean for Assessment and Curriculum Evaluation

The Assistant Dean for Assessment and Curriculum Evaluation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workings of the Curriculum Management and Assessment Evaluation Units within the Office of Medical Education and Faculty Success for the Frist College of Medicine.
Primary position responsibilities include:
Provides leadership and supervision to the Curriculum Management and Assessment and Evaluation units in OMEFS. Sets strategic initiatives for units that can include but not limited to setting priorities, aligning job duties, managing work flow, and lead the decision toward goals and outcomes.Provide budgetary oversight of units including annual software subscriptions, curriculum resources, staffing structures, and professional development. Support faculty in the work to develop, deliver and improve courses on an annual basis. Serve as ex-officio counsel in all FCoM curriculum and evaluation and assessment related committees.
