The College of Nursing Operations & Accreditation Coordinator in collaboration with the Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Faculty Affairs and the Dean of the College of Nursing maintains accreditation records and establishes related documents and reports. The Coordinator safeguards the operations of the operational and facility needs of the College of Nursing.
Primary position responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Ensures smooth operations and effective coordination of the operational and facility needs of the CON. Leads emergency response/ business continuity plan; Coordinate technology support and building technology needs; Serves as coordinator of Risk Management and room scheduling for the CON.Faculty Promotion & Tenure Support: Supports faculty tenure and promotion via record keeping, scheduling, coordination of evaluations and documentation.Accreditation Support: Maintain accreditation records and facilitate the creation of accreditation documents and reports in collaboration with the Assistant Dean for Accreditation and Faculty Affairs and the Dean of Nursing; Serves as the key contact for academic program accreditation and Evaluation requirements and documentation. Maintain faculty, adjunct, staff and student records and ensure accuracy; supports compliance and record keeping as necessary to ensure accreditation standards are met. Support the planning and coordinating of global health and mission initiatives for the nursing college, coordinates efforts related to study abroad and global projects.
