 As an Auto Body Technician, you will be crucial in delivering on our promise of speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will approach repair planning with urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework later. Your responsibilities include repairing all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition, following the written repair order, and following our processes for operational excellence.

Responsibilities: 

De-trimming and disassembling vehicles, putting parts on parts cartsPerforming pre-pulls to repair vs. replace decisionsAssisting in identifying and sourcing parts as necessaryDetermining when damaged parts can be safely repaired for cost and cycle-time savingsKnowing the status of own vehicles and being open to others’ feedback on getting and keeping vehicles on schedule for on-time deliveryPerforming quality repairs without passing on defectsUtilizing the technical information sheet attached to the work order for all structural repairs, replacement, airbag, and mechanical workFollowing quality control processes and meeting the return rate targetUsing all required safety equipment and following proper repair proceduresAdhering to all requirements for hazardous waste disposalKeeping personal work area organized and returning tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas after use. 

Qualifications:

Teamwork, motivation, and commitment to quality are keys to success for the Auto Body Technician who joins our team.Must have some bodywork experience and come to work and follow a schedule, we are looking for a long-term partnership

Requirements:

Knowledge of manufacturers’ repair processes and adherence to technical repair processes
Ability to use frame and measuring equipment per vendor procedures
Valid state driver’s license
