As a **Color and Print Specialist** you will be responsible for providing expert training, consulting, and remote support in the field of color management and flexographic printing. Your focus areas include color management, proofing, extended color gamut printing, flexo press optimization, platemaking calibrations, imaging and exposure devices, and related hardware. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales efforts by conducting demos and benchmarks. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring successful printing workflows and client satisfaction. **This role is a unique opportunity to:** + Provide expert level consulting services related to technological improvement of software, hardware, plates, color and printing presses for Flexo. + Provide support to customers and internal staff relating to the platemaking processes, Esko screening and color applications. + Provide support of sales and distributors conducting hardware/software demos and benchmarks at various locations. + Attend and represent Esko at Flexo-related trade shows and conferences. **We are looking for a professional who:** + Manages time effectively through keeping priorities in order + Displays initiative in handling problems and making the business grow + Has willingness to travel with 75% overnight travel: some international. + Maintains a high level of technical expertise for new and existing products by participating in training courses/seminars/self education. **Your education and background experience will include:** + Minimum 5 years related industry experience. + Bachelor’s/Masters with emphasis in Graphic Arts and/or the equivalent in related work experience. + Windows/MacOS and office applications experience. + Intermediate level user of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. + Strong and independent troubleshooting skills in the print-problem and software-problem areas. + Ability to use and understand printing related measurement devices and resulting data. + Excellent knowledge of entire printing workflow including prepress software. + Ability to perform intermediate level computer software installations and networking configurations. + Ability to create custom print targets for testing and training. **OUR BENEFITS** : + Eligible for benefits (medical, dental, vision & more) on day 1, no waiting period! + Training and development opportunities + Permissive PTO policy (unlimited time off) emphasizing flexibility and trust + 401K savings plan + company match + Tuition reimbursement from Day 1 + Attractive employee referral program + Paid Parental Leave + Wellbeing Program, with rewards + Employee Assistance Program (legal, financial, and counseling resources) **US ONLY** **:** The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
