As a **Color and Print Specialist** you will be responsible for providing expert training, consulting, and remote support in the field of color management and flexographic printing. Your focus areas include color management, proofing, extended color gamut printing, flexo press optimization, platemaking calibrations, imaging and exposure devices, and related hardware. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain high customer satisfaction, and contribute to sales efforts by conducting demos and benchmarks. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
