**Job Title: Color Mixer - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Color Mixer for our 2nd shift. This position is crucial to our operations. The role involves mixing color inks to match supplied targets, ensuring accuracy and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. **Responsibilities** + Mix color inks to match supplied targets. + Read and understand production schedules. + Calculate the proper amount of ink and mix it in the machine. + Complete orders and perform trial procedures for backorders. + Keep the work area clean at all times. + Operate equipment such as forklifts, swing reach machines, air mixers, X-rite, and SPEC dispensers. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in color matching and color mixing. + Experience with forklift operation and warehouse equipment. + Ability to measure, batch, and blend colors accurately. + Strong mathematical skills. + Ability to follow written directions precisely. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in printing. + Physical ability to lift at least 60 lbs. and perform manual tasks. + Capability to stand, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, pivot/twist, balance, and climb. + Good vision, with or without correction, for reading text at various distances. **Why Work Here?** We offer a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for advancement. **Work Environment** Training will be on 1st shift for 2 months (5:00 am to 3:30 pm) before moving to 2nd shift (Monday to Thursday, 3:15 pm to 1:45 am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
