Job Summary

Meet and Greet customers and tour them around the property prior to meeting with a licensed member of team.

Meeting our customers and developing a quick relationship Give prospect the proper expectation of what they will doing during the presentation Use a discovery fact sheet to ask relevant questions about customers vacation needs, likes, dislikes and current habits Take customer on a property tour to include a tour of one of our member units Introduce customers to a member of our sales gallery team with a real estate license to show prices and incentives relevant to ownership Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Required: High school diploma or GED Proficiency in English Incumbent is required to obtain an active professional (Colorado) Real Estate License within 90 days from hire Preferred:One-year related experience

Building and Maintaining Customer Base

Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained from the owner through discovery. Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities by licensed salespersons. The ability to work on-site in Breckenridge on a daily basis is an essential function of the job.

Tour Guide Presentation

Follow and adhere to the tour guide portion of the Consultative Sales Process when touring owners and guests. Establish trust with the prospective owner and Owners throughout the entire tour process to build on-going rapport. Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through a series of strategically layered questions/discussion provided in the discovery fact sheet so that licensed salespersons can utilize the information to customize their tour. Provide prospective owners and Owners a Property and Model tour specific to their sales distribution site.  Practice and continue to develop and improve tour script and presentation for future use (once licensed).

Other

Manage time effectively to punctually attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest/owner appointments. Demonstrate total understanding of the culture and processes of the organization. Improve tour presentation approach through self-critique, practice, and lessons from the feedback provided by others (e.g., Sales Manager, Coaches, Guests, Owners). Participate in formal training sessions offered by management team. Attend daily huddles and regularly scheduled team/manager meetings. Maintain an awareness of current events (e.g., news, sports, pop-culture) and information on site locations to enable and promote customer relationship building. Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and abide by state and federal regulation around all sales and/or marketing activity (i.e. Do Not Call Lists, State registrations, Exemptions, etc.) for activity when licensed.
