Title Examiner - Upward Title & Closing - Colorado (Remote Position)

Anywhere Integrated Services National Operations Colorado Title Team is seeking a dedicated Title Examiner to join the Colorado Title Team in order to support Upward Title & Closing - Colorado. This new AIS joint-venture Title Company is poised for launch in Colorado, and we need a self-motivated individual to anchor our title examination efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial search and exam work in collaboration with our vendor partners. Calculate rates accurately for various title products. Provide exceptional support and service for title requests and revisions. Assist in recording and policy issuance, with occasional full exam work.

Necessary Qualifications:

Colorado Title Producers License. Proficiency in understanding underwriter rate manuals to apply appropriate rates. Knowledge of Colorado Statutes and Title Insurance Regulations. Proven experience in residential purchase title exams and customer service until title policy issuance.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with Data Trace’s TitleVision Plant and County Websites for title searches. Familiarity with the AIS CORE system and Title Module. Comprehensive understanding of title endorsements and their application.
